Richard began his Therapy career working as a Hand Therapist in Houston, TX, before moving to Plano to establish a new hand therapy program there. In 1998, he became a Certified Hand Therapist.
Richard co-founded Greater Therapy Centers in 1997 at a clinic in Lewisville, TX. His and Dena's vision was to provide quality therapy services in a relaxed, comfortable, yet professional environment. Due to an overwhelmingly positive response from patients and practitioners, Richard made the decision in 2003 to move away from personally providing direct care in order to focus on growing and developing the company.
Today, Richard serves as the President of Greater Therapy Centers. In his spare time, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, playing or watching sports, and especially spending time with family and friends.
