Madison Lewis, PT, DPT joined the Greater Therapy Centers team in the Summer of 2024 as a PRN of the West Region including Alliance, Bedford, Southlake, Fort Worth, and Burleson, TX.
Originally from Texas, Madison spent most of her childhood on the East Coast. Upon graduating high school, she left Maryland and hightailed it to Texas just as soon as she was able! She graduated from University of North Texas with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Go Mean Green!) and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. Madison's interest in golf started at a young age and led her to play on UNT's Women's golf team! When Madison is not working with patients, she spends much of her time traveling when she can, especially to National Parks.
