Heather Davis Cruz Guido, PT, DPT, joined the Greater Therapy Centers team in the Summer of 2024. She sees patients at our Denton location, Denton Orthopedic Therapy Center. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Health Science at Excelsior College in Albany, New York, Heather went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas.
Before becoming a Physical Therapist, Heather worked as a behavior therapist. She has always had a soft spot for helping children and working with the neuro population.
Heather shares that she was introduced to PT by accident but she fell in love with the field right away. She says, "The best part of my job is helping people get back to what they love! I think it is amazing that I can be a part of someone's journey to recovery; living a life of less pain and more mobility."
