Niki Yari, PT, DPT, attended University of Texas Dallas where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her minor in Psychology prior to attending Texas Woman's University in Dallas, TX where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal injuries, prehab, post-op, and return to sport. Niki is a full-time staff therapist at Greater Therapy Centers and is also a clinical instructor.
Prior to beginning her career, Niki had an accident that caused a Lisfranc fracture that led to 2 surgeries and lots of PT. She fell in love with PT after seeing first hand how it transformed her health and quality of life. As a therapist, she loves meeting new people, learning about them and their goals and helping them get back to what they love. Her work inspires her because she loves motivating and empowering patients so they can achieve their goals, and feels thankful to get to be a part of their journey.
When Niki is not working with patients, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, making ceramics, and traveling. Niki is bilingual in English and in Farsi/Persian.
