Cristina attended Texas Woman's University, where she earned her BS in Kinesiology in 2009. She went on to complete Tarrant County College's PTA program in 2012! Cristina uses the Graston Technique and other myofascial release techniques to assist in her patients' rehabilitation. She is currently completing her certification in Dry Needling.
Progressively challenging patients to meet their therapy goals is one of Cristina's favorite parts of her work. She is fluent in Spanish and can communicate with American Sign Language. When a new patient comes to visit Cristina, she wants them to know they can expect a compassionate, motivated, and focused approach for a safe return to their desired activities and hobbies.
Cristina's own hobbies include long-distance running, strength training, playing co-ed soccer, and watching movies. As a former collegiate athlete, she also enjoys following international soccer leagues!
