Michelle began her career in the medical field over 20 years ago in her hometown of Smyrna, DE. With years of experience working in General Practice, Orthopedic Surgery, Chiropractic, and both In-Patient and Out-Patient Hospital Physical & Occupational Therapy settings, she relocated to the Dallas area in 2003 and joined the Greater Therapy Centers as the Front Office Manager in N. Dallas!
Michelle assisted in reopening the Plano clinic and ran the front office there. As GTC continued to grow, Michelle was promoted to the position of Lead Front Office Manager in 2011. She trained new office staff and became the liaison between billing, marketing, and management for each of the clinics while maintaining her position in Plano. Eventually, her strong work ethic, personable skills, and knowledge of the business paved the way for her to become the Director of Operations & Human Resource Manager in 2012!
In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, visiting vineyards, reading, crafting, and going back to DE to visit family and friends.
