The following general duties and responsibilities are essential elements for employment at Greater Therapy Centers.

Respects the confidentiality of information learned through one’s employment at Greater Therapy Centers.

Is courteous and respectful of fellow employees, supervisors, clients, and the Greater Therapy Centers’ public.

Performs duties in a way that ensures the employee’s own safety and that of others.

Motivates staff and maintains a high level of morale among co-workers.
The following duties are essential to the specific job of office manager:

Answer and address phone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

Ensure clients are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Verify insurance properly and notify the client via written and signed material.

Obtain any required authorizations from insurances.
-
Enter client information into the computer system properly, effectively and in a timely manner.

Accept client payments and process them accurately.
-
Stay in compliance with HIPAA.

Submit records to inquiring parties with documentation of proper release forms and material.

Work closely with Physician’s offices in regards to treatment, necessary documentation (Ie: script for treatment and Plan of Cares) and insurance requirements such as referrals/authorization.
