Please praise this staff for their high level of professionalism and high level of encouraging their patients to do better. The atmosphere was upbeat, sunny, comfortable and very nurturing of hope & self-confidence.
Shauna and Heather are great. The facilities are top-notch and spotlessly clean. A lot of care has been taken to get the most benefit out of each session for the patient. A pleasure to be here.

This is my third time going to the GTC in Arlington. The staffs there are wonderful. They will always be my physical therapy center. The staffs- Chris, Jamail, Frashy, Cory, Shauna and Lisa- thank you for making me feel at ease.

Michelle began her career in the medical field over 20 years ago in her hometown of Smyrna, DE. After gaining years of experience working in General Practice, Orthopedic Surgery, Chiropractic and both In-Patient and Out-Patient Hospital Physical & Occupational Therapy settings she relocated to the Dallas area in 2003. In Aug. 2003 she began her career with Greater Therapy Centers as the Front Office Manager in N. Dallas. In Nov. 2003, she assisted in reopening the Plano clinic and subsequently moved over to run its front office. As Greater Therapy continued to grow, Michelle was promoted to the position of Lead Front Office Manager in Feb 2011. In this position, she took on the role of training newly hired office staff and became the liaison between billing, marketing, and management for each of the clinics while still maintaining her position in Plano. Her strong work ethic, personable skills and knowledge of the business paved the way for her to eventually become the Director of Operations & Human Resource Manager when the position became available in June 2012.
In Michelle’s free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting vineyards, reading, crafting and going back to DE to visit family and friends.
