I had a great physical therapist, Sandy at Flower Mound. Everyone was great, my injury will take a year or so before I can get back to physical activity, but the staff has provided me with the tools to aid my recovery. Thanks.
Please praise this staff for their high level of professionalism and high level of encouraging their patients to do better. The atmosphere was upbeat, sunny, comfortable and very nurturing of hope & self-confidence.
The treatment I had was great and I will definitely use you in the future if needed!
The McKinney staff is fantastic. The length of my therapy helped a lot and I′ll miss y′all!
This is my third time going to the GTC in Arlington. The staffs there are wonderful. They will always be my physical therapy center. The staffs- Chris, Jamail, Frashy, Cory, Shauna and Lisa- thank you for making me feel at ease.
Shauna and Heather are great. The facilities are top-notch and spotlessly clean. A lot of care has been taken to get the most benefit out of each session for the patient. A pleasure to be here.
I was a patient at GTC twice in 8 years, and received excellent PT which allowed me to care for my young children on my own again. Sandy and her team were amazing, and I continue to refer friends to her. Thank you!

Winston Barr, PT
In the ever-changing landscape of healthcare, something that must remain constant is a foundation of respect and human connection between provider and patient. As a physical therapist, Winston’s priority is to empower each patient to take control of their unique pain experience and optimize movement in a way that improves their quality of life.
Winston had the opportunity to thrive in the UNTHSC Doctor of Physical Therapy program alongside 39 other ambitious human beings. The strong foundation for patient care that he developed during his didactic course work as well as clinical internships serves him well in an orthopedic setting, as he helps patients with a wide variety of goals for rehabilitation. Having had the opportunity to work in the Home Health setting has given him a unique perspective into patients’ experiences following hospitalization, and better equipped him to understand their journey through each stage of the health care system.
When not working you can find Winston out and about with his girlfriend and friends listening to live music, trying new foods and traveling to new and unfamiliar places. He believes that staying active is vital for your health, so he participates in activities like weightlifting, sports, cycling, yoga, hiking, canoeing, and camping.
